How to prepare
Prepare and bake angel food cake as directed on package except substitute orange juice for water. Invert and cool completely.
Place pears, strawberries and mangoes in a large bowl. Whisk orange juice, brown sugar, curry powder and black pepper until blended. Pour over fruit and mix until blended. Serve 1 slice angel food cake with ½ cup salsa. Makes 12 servings.
