Can I choose where my individual fruit donation goes?

At this time we cannot allocate individual donations in many directions. However, we DO ship bulk donations across the country to food banks that are in the most need. Back to top

How much fruit comes in a box?

Each box of fruit is weighed and hand-packed individually. Small variances in fruit size can change the amount of fruit in a box, but the weight will always be accurate. Colossal Comice boxes will contain less, but bigger fruit.
A 5 lb fruit box contains 6-9 premium pears
An 8 lb fruit box contains 10-13 premium pears
A 10 lb fruit box contains 13-16 premium pears

Can I change my original order?

Prior to shipping, you may change your order at any time. Please call our Customer Service @ 1-877-740-7327 for assistance. If your purchase has already been picked up for delivery, we are unable to make changes. Back to top

Charges are dependant on where the gift will be sent throughout the United States and are calculated at checkout via UPS rate services at a discounted charge.

Do you offer any fruit other than pears?

Will the customer have to sign for their package?

Each delivery will attempt to be hand delivered. However, for your convenience the package will be left at the doorstep if unanswered. Customer does not need to sign to receive a package. Back to top

What are your hours of operation?

We have friendly & knowledgeable staff ready to help you from 8am – 5pm Pacific Standard Time, with extended hours in the holiday season.
